In order to entice into North Cork a number of new successful industries and businesses, the NCEB is working with the national and local agencies and local business groups. Our dream is to work with these Partners so that new jobs will be created in the region, offering you (if you are commuting to work in Cork City or Limerick City) equivalent or better employment within walking distance of your home … what a great improvement that would be in the life of any Commuter!
In order to get precise data on the skills available in this region, in Autumn 2007 we will organise a special survey to build up a Skills Register. We look forward to your co-operation in this project.
